| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Wyoming must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Wyoming street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Wyoming or an entity authorized to do business in Wyoming, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
