InCorp attempted to charge me fees that are not documented anywhere on their website (I have confirmed this with them, they are not documented anywhere). They even tried to charge me a fee once my company had been dissolved just to stop doing business with them.

Thanks very much for your help, I couldn't be happier with Incorps services at this point. After all the crap I deal with on a daily basis from terrible vendors and people not keeping their word, it is good to know that I at least made the right decision in incorporating with Incorp.
